Tuesday - HIIT + Back + Hamstrings
Thursday - Full Legs
Friday - HIIT + Full Body (Upper Body Focused)
Get the personal training experience, but without the personal price. You will hit every major body part. Mondays are for Ass + Arms + Ass. We get the pretty stuff out the way first. Tuesdays are for HIIT + a pull day (hammies included). Wednesday we take a rest day. Thursdays are for a full leg day, quad focused. Friday is pay day - that consists of a full body workout with a touch of HITT.
You will sweat.
You will smile.
You will get results, but at half the cost of personal training.
Just know we will push, press, pull and lunge/hinge.
We make average joes lift like pros!
